Cold water first, heat afterwards. The team paddles the Atlantic Seaboard at first light, then walks fifty metres up the Promenade for a guided sauna and ice bath at SaunaHaüs. Doing it in that order is the point. Everyone arrives a bit nervous about the water, and everyone gets warm together at the end of it.
