Kayaking on the Atlantic off the Sea Point Promenade, then onto e-bikes for the city: the Promenade, the Waterfront, the Bo-Kaap, and back along the beaches.

Kayak the Atlantic, then over Chapman’s Peak
The TRUTH adventure day. Morning kayaking off Sea Point, then the coastal road south over Chapman’s Peak to Noordhoek. Ebike South Africa’s most scenic road.
Ocean to the mountain

Kayak the Atlantic, then up the mountain
A guided paddle off the Promenade, and a guided hike to the summit. Lion’s Head for the spiral and the view down both coasts, or Table Mountain the long way if you want the harder version.
Ocean & Sky
Kayak, then a tandem paraglide
Two hours on the water in the morning. In the afternoon a tandem paraglide off Signal Hill, strapped to a licensed pilot, no experience needed. Wind decides the flight. If it does not fly, we move it.
Movement and recovery

Dawn on the water, then the sauna and the ice
Paddle at dawn, then a guided sauna and ice bath on the Promenade. A coffee at the end of it in our garden oasis.

How a full day works
1 Pick the day. 2 We shape it around you. Pace, start time, how long you want on the water. 3 One guide, one vehicle, nothing to arrange in between. Any of these can be spread over two or three days instead.
